M.Y. 2026 The Community 156 Association is organizing the fourth edition of the international high school mural art competition, M.Y. – Murals of Youth #4 ROOTS / RĂDĂCINI, taking place from August 27th to 31st, 2026, in Unirii Square, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

This year’s edition explores the theme ROOTS / RĂDĂCINI — a celebration of traditions, identity, heritage, and the cultural stories that shape new generations of artists. Come discover how young creatives reinterpret traditions through contemporary urban art and transform the city into an open-air gallery full of color, meaning, and imagination.

Join us for live mural painting sessions, creative workshops, community activities, music, talks, art installations, and many more experiences that bring together art, youth, and culture in the heart of Cluj-Napoca. The full program will be announced soon. High school students and young artists can now apply to be part of the competition and showcase their creativity at Murals of Youth 2026.
